SOKAD takes an active role in international activities related to Tea manufacturing, ensuring that our public health mission is our top priority while also addressing industry and other stakeholder concerns. In order to expand our market globally, we have extensively engaged with our representatives in three European countries, e.g. Turkey and Spain to act on our behalf to sign certain contracts with our clients that cannot come to the CA to meet us to conclude the transactions as a result of visa issues.
To make this happen and to bridge the gap, we have liaised with three Asians countries e.g. Philippines and Malaysia and Indonesia as our representatives in that region to handle signing of contracts with prospective clients who are not able to obtain the United States entry visa to us to finalize the transactions.
We have strategically created a unique and modern system of distributing essential consumable products such as medicines, cosmetics, food drinks like tea, fruit juice and hygiene products such as female and baby products within the United States and its territories by fast tracking communications between local distributors and end users to bridge the gap between us and the suppliers, manufacturers and producers of these imported into the United States.
The United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) is very sensitive about the importation of medical and health products into the United States and its territories for over a decades, such as medicines, drugs, herbs as well as edible food like meat, poultry products, grain, cosmetics hygiene products knowing full well that most of these products are health hazards, as well as substandard without health certification to guarantee the safety of the environment and pollution and human health.
The United States Health Authority through FDA has made a tremendous effort to tackle environmental pollution caused by most of these products allowed to enter the United States without proper health certification/FDA approval prior to shipment of such items to the CA.
Recently, the CA government has made relentless efforts in principle that any consumable products mentioned therein that is entering the CA and its territories, direct or indirect must have FDA certification and approval, dully presented by the seller or shipper of the products to the CA.
